This has to be one of my favourite songs of all time. I fell in love with the harmonizing vocalist of the band, and the meaning and beautiful melody of the song touched my heart. The song implies a never ending love, that willing to give up everything just to be with your loved one.

That's what true, everlasting music is about. A song with depth in meaning and melody. This song will calm you, inspire you, and make you think. It challenges you to look at the world, look at love in particular, in a different light. Definitely an inspirational song.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts.

Do you understand how crazy my sister and I are about this movie?! Or this series really.

I've already booked to see NM the day it comes out on Thursday 19th at 12.01am AND 4.00pm ... as well as Saturday the 21st at 11am.

I haven't blogged for a while.. just haven't felt up to it really. A lot's happened over the past few months in my life, I guess I've been trying to deal with it all. Hopefully I'll be up and blogging daily in no time :)

One word that will sum up this movie: disappointment.

I was so eager to see this, as I'd seen Borat already and was dying to see how this one turned out. You see, Borat was actually an OKAY movie. It had its funny bits, its so disgusting but hilarious scenes, and more interesting plots and stories... Bruno - none of these. Instead it had itss semi-funny parts, its COMPLETELY DIGUSTING AND GRAPHIC SCENES, and disinteresting scenes and plots... BORING.

I'm sorry Sascha Baron Cohen but you really disappointed me with this one. Okay so its a MOCKumentary.. but it really paid out Gays, Jews, Christians and a whole heap more. It was really offensive in some parts, and just.. not good at all. At least Borat was slightly offensive..

It's not even worth seeing, I say. Lucky it was only 80 minutes long.

HIGHLIGHTS:

- Fashion scene in the beginning : the velcroe outfit. - LOL

- The ADORABLE BABY! Oh my goodness, I want to steal him! He's gorgeous!

- The Bruno walk.

LOWLIGHTS:

- Racism

- Prejudiced

- Offensive

- Way too graphic, which wasnt needed. It was absolutely disgusting

- And a whole heap more

I never set on seeing this, but a friend of mine wanted to and it was true, there was nothing else on at the time. So I agreed.

This wasn't as cheesy as I expected it to be! I mean, it definately was cheesy, but it wasn't AS cheesy.

Comedy was a major theme in this movie. I loved the beginning, when Miley STewart aka Hannah Montana hit her head, or drove around on that mini-cart car thing. :) It was pretty funny! I loved some of the songs she sung as well, especially 'The Climb', 'Dream', "Hoedown Throwdown' -THATS A FUNNY ONE, and 'Butterfly Fly Away' - that one is really cute and I'm set on singing it to my niece frequently..


UPSIDES:
- It's a cute movie to go see with the kids/girls
- It's full of comedy and good dancing songs
- Lucas Till who plays the guy in the movie (as in THE guy) is super hot! Except his voice is.. well.. a turn off
- Makes you want to dance & sing right there in the cinema
- Miley's love interest.. the story. We all dig a love story don't we?


DOWNSIDES:
- Cheesy. Yes, cheesy.
- Predictable right from the start. You'll know what happens next before you've even seen the movie!
- Lack of having Oliver and the rest of the Hannah Montana cast in the movie as much as needed
- Some really bad songs. Then again there were some good ones.

She was a good performer on the stage, and boy do I dig that dress!

Of course, there was the superficial Miley.

This was Miley's song-writing and singing spot. Oh, how I love marquee's.

This movie SUCKED! So much so that I walked out of the cinema in the first 15 minutes and went in to watch Transformers 2 again.

I'd been thinking that Rotten Tomatoes rates all the movies I love with a low rating.. Always low.. So I'd been thinking that I love whatever Rotten Tomatoes rates low.. but not this time!

Year One.. it failed to impress anyone in the cinema. No one laughed when the movie wanted us to. It was silent. You could hear crickets chirping in the background. No not really.

I was disappointed. The trailer looked good. The movie just sucked. Worst movie ever possibly. Jack Black.. I can't believe you did this .. =(

WOW. All I can say is WOW!!
I love this movie! I've seen it twice, yes I have. Obsessive, much?

No, seriously, this is a really good action packed movie! Megan Fox is hot, as usual! Shia.. hmm well he was damn funny. And Mojo, the dog, did it again! Made the audience cack themselves laughing! And the mother, oh the mother.. she is such a crack up!

I was looking forward to seeing Isabel Lucas' performance. I was disappointed. Not so much about her acting, more about the way she looked! Terrible! It's like she had a really bad tan or something wrong with her face and they unsuccesfully tried to cover it up! And she has ALWAYS had beautiful skin! Look at when she played Tasha on Home and Away! She was beautiful, radiant.. pretty! And now, she looks terrible.

Other than that, the movie was very cute, and very interesting. Some parts, however, towards the end were too extended and lost the interest of the audience. Nevertheless, you'll enjoy the mother's craziness and the WONDERFUL transformation of the cars to aliens!

Great movie, check it out, for sure!

Well lately I've just been really down about my artwork.. it wasn't turning out the way I pictured it to in my head. You know when that happens? And its just so frustrating as this is a Body of Work (BOW) and it's going to be displayed at a gallery in Public! So it's been really stressful. Anyway so I spoke to my Art Teacher, and told her I hated my artwork and I couldnt do this, okay so maybe I was a little dramatic and everything, but I was stressed! Anyway she gave me the most heartfelt advice .. she was so inspiring and motivated me to complete this no matter how it turned out.

You see my art work is all about how theres no perfection in this world, but the media chooses to tell the world that there is such thing as perection and to be ideal or beautiful you had to be perfect. Thats the kind of message I wanted to portray in my work. Anyway, so Miss tells me that this work is so personal because basically I was looking at everyone elses artworks and complaining that mine wasnt perfect. But thats the whole point. theres no such thing. Its meant to be imperfect.

Then she told me about how shes got an eye for art, and that I'm a natural at this. She tells me my writing is like poetry.. she was just so kind. She has to be the nicest person in this world! She's so kind and inspiring! Extremely caring.. she's just fantastic! She's nicer than Miss Honey from Matilda! Yeah! Believe it :)

So there we go, friends.

MICHAEL JACKSON HAS PASSED AWAY!

No no no no no!!

I'm so sad right now! This guy was amazing! Yes, okay so he was weird with that whole child thing and his nose and whatever.. but he was an iconic superstar! His music is everlasting, it'll never go out of fashion! I've loved his music literally all my life and I always will!

I can't believe he's dead, it doesn't make sense :( And how he was about to have one final concert, and now his children will grow up without a dad :( It's all so sad. My heart goes out to his family and his fans!

He was THE MOONWALKER - He'd always amazed me, when he did the Moonwalk!

Thriller. One of my favourite songs from MJ.
