A story to inspire..

Well, if you don't know already, right now I have 5 million assignments for school. Okay, so I could be exaggerating just a little. Anyway, my point is that I feel completely unmotivated, maybe like its the end of the world? Okay so I am really exaggerating here. The thing is, nothing motivated me to get things done, I didn't really look at my life as lucky or special or easy.. until I read this story.

So as most of you know, I have a blog called Twilight Forevermore, a blog that's updated every day with Twilight news & more (check it out here), and I also have a Twitter linked to that account (which you can check out here). One of my followers, named Becky, tweeted me about her story. Gave me the link. I searched it, not expecting anything.. like what it was going to be..

For those few minutes, as I sat there in my chair, reading intently, taking in every word, crying.. those couple of minutes changed me forever. Isn't it weird? How something that occurs for a few minutes can change everything?

Becky touched my heart. The fact that she is so brave, I want to cry. The fact that she is so strong, I want to cry. The fact that she's been through so much hard-ship, and I haven't been through much, it makes me feel so guilty. I feel guilty that tragedy happens in the first place. When you finally think everythings going to be okay, it's just not.

Becky basically went through a year of losing her job, having a car accident, having a blood clot which caused major medical problems, terminating an exciting pregnancy due to a medical relation, losing the love of your life at such a young age... How could anyone live through all this in ONE year?! I feel so inspired by her, she is amazing.

I've changed. I feel like an idiot, complaining about couple of assignments ruining my life, when someone like Becky lived through so much pain, and is still going strong.

You really need to read her story, it's definately worthwhile! It might even change you. Change your perspective. Change your beliefs. Change the way you see things and people... Her story is guaranteed to touch your heart..
