A vivid dream..

I have had even more vivid dreams lately. I'm not really the type of person to remember my dreams, they're never clear enough. The clearer ones usually occur once in a blue moon.

The other night, I had a really frightening dream - one where I woke up three times, but still dreamt about it after every awakening. What happened was the setting was like the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Video Game where there's crabs that blow fire like a dragon, and blocks with swirls on them and you had to move them with your wand and a magic spell. There was a couple and a daughter. Somehow I'm thinking I was the mother. Then the dream changed - which is normal for a dream, they're always weird! And a massive set of stairs came down from the roof, which was like 30m or so high. I climbed the stairs, and when I came to the opening, I stood on the stairs and kept throwing down stationary - pens, books, etc. They fell 30m or so down to the floor. Don't ask me why this was happening! It's so weird! Anyway, somehow I went down, and then later went back up the stairs... The dimly lit room (thanks to the dark, murky window) conveyed dead bodies with ropes around their necks... just hanging there.

I know! It's so creepy! So I went to Dream Moods yet again to figure out what this means!

Dead: To see the dead in your dream, forewarns that you are being influenced by negative people and are hanging around the wrong crowd. You may suffer material loss. This dream may also be a way for you to resolve your feelings with those who have passed on. If you dream of a person who has died a long time ago, then it suggests that a current situation or relationship in you life resembles the quality of that deceased person. The dream may depict how you need to let this situation or relationship die and end it.


Video Game: To dream that you are playing a video game, represents your ability to manipulate others into doing what you want them to do. Alternatively, it suggests that you are trying to escape and not confront the stress and problems in your real life. Consider the type of video game for additional insights. To see or dream that you are a character in a video game, suggests that you are feeling controlled and manipulated by others. You feel that you have no control over your actions or are not taking responsibility for them.


Baby: To see a baby in your dream, signifies innocence, warmth and new beginnings. Babies symbolize something in your own inner nature that is pure, vulnerable, helpless and/or uncorrupted. If you find a baby in your dream, then it suggests that you have acknowledged your hidden potential. If you dream that you forgot you had a baby, then it suggests that you are trying hide your own vulnerabilities; You do not want to let others know of your weaknesses. If you dream that you are on your way to the hospital to have a baby, then it signifies your issues of dependency and your desire to be completely care for. Perhaps you are trying to get out of some responsibility.


Throw: To dream that you are throwing something, indicates that there is someone or something that you need to rid yourself of from your life. Consider the object that you are throwing. Alternatively, the dream may be a pun that you are "throwing" or fixing a game or situation. Are you working against the objective?


Window: If the windows of a house is dark, then it indicates a loss in your perception or vitality.


So basically this dream is telling me I'm being manipulated, and I need to get rid of someone in my life? Whaaat?

I don't get it.. :/ I mean, do you think dreams actually mean something?
